3. How we use your information
We use your personal information to:
- respond to enquiries and prepare flight, holiday or Umrah quotes;
- make, change and confirm bookings with airlines, hotels and other travel suppliers;
- take payments, issue tickets and send booking confirmations and travel updates;
- provide customer support before, during and after your trip;
- improve our website, services and advertising, and understand how visitors use our pages;
- meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations and prevent fraud.
Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are: performing a contract with you (or taking steps at your request before a contract), our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where we ask for it, for example for non-essential cookies or marketing messages.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary to deliver your travel arrangements or run our business:
- Travel suppliers: airlines, hotels, ground transport providers and Umrah service partners who need your details to confirm your booking.
- Service providers: payment processors, website hosting, email and messaging tools, and customer support software that help us operate.
- Analytics and advertising providers: such as Google, to measure website performance and the effectiveness of our advertising.
- Authorities and advisers: where required by law, or to our professional advisers such as accountants and legal advisers.
Some suppliers and providers are based outside the UK, particularly for international flights. Where your data is transferred abroad, we take steps to make sure it remains appropriately protected.
5. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your preferences and understand how it is used. We use Google Tag Manager and Google tags to measure traffic and the performance of our advertising. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies where we ask, and you can also control or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
6. Keeping your data secure
We take the security of your personal information seriously. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including secure connections (HTTPS), restricted access to customer records and working only with reputable suppliers. No online system is completely risk-free, but we work hard to keep your data safe and will tell you and the relevant authorities if a breach affects you, as the law requires.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Booking records are normally kept for up to six years after your trip. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for a shorter period. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your information, in certain circumstances;
