London to Islamabad is roughly 7 hours and 35 minutes on average — British Airways quotes approximately 8 hours. London to Lahore is around 7 hours and 47 minutes. Connecting flights via Dubai, Doha, or Istanbul take 10–14 hours depending on layover duration.
Spring (March–April) and autumn (October–November) are usually the most comfortable periods for city travel to Lahore, Islamabad, and Karachi. Summer (May–September) is better for northern mountain destinations. Winter suits travellers who prefer cooler weather or lower airfares.
