Hajj always falls on fixed Islamic dates — the 8th to 13th of Dhul Hijjah — but because the Hijri calendar is lunar, those dates move roughly 10-11 days earlier every year on the Gregorian calendar. Based on the Umm al-Qura astronomical calendar, Hajj 2027 (1448 AH) is currently expected to run from around 14-19 May 2027, with the Day of Arafah expected around 15 May 2027 and Eid al-Adha around 16 May 2027.
Important: these are expected Hajj 2027 dates only. The exact start of Dhul Hijjah is confirmed by the official sighting of the crescent moon, announced by Saudi Arabia's Supreme Court roughly ten days before Hajj begins — and countries that follow local moon sighting, including Pakistan, may observe dates a day later. Treat every published Hajj 2027 date, including the ones on this page, as a planning estimate rather than a confirmed fact.

Hajj 2027 Registration From Pakistan
Pakistan's Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony (MoRA) has introduced the country's first-ever four-year Hajj Policy, covering 2027-2030, replacing the old system of a fresh policy every year. Mandatory Hajj 2027 pre-registration began in Pakistan, and applies to Pakistani citizens inside the country as well as overseas Pakistanis registering through the same digital system.
Under the new framework, applicants can secure priority registration for their preferred Hajj year by depositing around 10% of the estimated Hajj cost, with the balance collected in scheduled instalments. There is currently no registration fee for the pre-registration step itself, and applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis until the quota fills. Registration and payments are handled through the official Pak Hajj app and MoRA's online portal, with Habib Bank Limited (HBL) named as the receiving bank — applicants should never pay any agent claiming to collect payments on MoRA's behalf.

Pakistan's Religious Affairs Minister confirmed the government Hajj 2027 package price at up to Rs 1.3 million, an increase of more than Rs 300,000 over the past five years, reflecting rising costs for accommodation, transport and airfare in Saudi Arabia.

Under the new policy, applicants can secure their place with a 10% deposit of the estimated cost, with the remaining balance — around 50% at the first instalment — collected in stages, starting from approximately 17 August 2026. Any operational surplus remaining after Hajj is completed is refunded directly to pilgrims.
Hajj 2027 Packages From the UK
UK pilgrims don't go through a government registration system — instead, Hajj 2027 packages are booked directly with licensed UK tour operators, most of whom hold ATOL protection for the flight-inclusive portion of the trip. ATOL protection means that if the operator is unable to fulfil your booking, the UK Civil Aviation Authority guarantees a refund or repatriation — always confirm an operator's ATOL status directly before paying a deposit.
